I SPORT WITH MY FAMILY EVENT

The "I SPORT WITH MY FAMILY" project, which attracted great interest and participation in Romania, was launched as an important step towards building a healthy society. This innovative project aimed to strengthen the physical and mental health of families by encouraging them to play sports. It also focused on adopting an active lifestyle instead of using computers, tablets and phones in order to minimize leisure time spent under the influence of social media platforms that are increasingly used in social life.

Within the scope of the project, various activities were organized to ensure full capacity utilization of sports facilities and encourage families to do sports. This allowed families to use the sports facilities more effectively and regularly. At the same time, the project promoted the sports facilities and reached a wide audience.

Another important goal of the project was to increase solidarity and socialization within families, based on the fact that families cannot spare enough time for their children due to their busy work lives. The event, which took place with the participation of thousands of families, was instrumental in establishing strong bonds between children and parents.

By bringing together large segments of the society in Romania, the "I SPORT WITH MY FAMILY" project both supported physical health and increased social interaction, thus laying the foundations for a healthy and interconnected society.
